Our proven four-step process addresses improvement needs:

1.  We conduct a Comprehensive or Targeted Needs Assessment to understand the present conditions of an organization and identify opportunities to remove blockers and promote growth and development. 

2.  Based on our initial assessment, we facilitate Strategic Focus Planning with teams – leadership, departments, cross-functional, and front-line teams. *Our lightweight focus planning approach (What is Focus Planning?) was adopted from leading entrepreneurs. 

3. Technical Assistance and Professional Development come into play as supports for teams during implementation. Technical assistance can mean a variety of activities: training, coaching, tools, referrals, analysis, resources, and project management. 

4.  Performance Monitoring is an important aspect of our work, throughout. Following initial assessment, we work with teams during Focus Planning to identify goals and metrics for priority areas, and support teams with assessing and reporting progress.
